Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist with 5-7 years of progressive experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding workflows, ADP Workforce Now (WFN), and employee engagement. This role will be pivotal in supporting our HR initiatives, enhancing our employee experience, and ensuring that our HR processes align with our company’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide innovative solutions to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding Workflows: Develop and refine onboarding programs that provide new hires with a seamless and engaging introduction to the company. Ensure all onboarding documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Management: Oversee the administration of the ADP WFN system, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows. Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost employee morale and foster a positive workplace culture. Develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • HR Compliance: Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure company compliance. Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including the development of performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000
